Details you give us. When you submit an enquiry through this website, your browser opens your own email application with the details you typed — your name, email address, phone number, project type, and message. That message reaches us as ordinary email. We also receive whatever you share when you call, message, or email us directly.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of each request. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running reliably.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data such as government identifiers or financial account details through this website.

If we add analytics or further embedded media in future, we will update this policy to say so.

We share information only where it is needed to run the practice and serve you: our website host, our email provider, and — during a live project — the consultants, engineers, vendors, or contractors working on your commission. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. Anyone acting on our behalf is expected to treat your information confidentially and use it only for the purpose we shared it.

Drawings, renders, and photographs of completed work are published on this site as part of our portfolio. If you are a client and would prefer that your project, address, or name not appear publicly, tell us and we will keep it out of our portfolio and social channels. Where a client has asked for privacy, we describe the project without identifying details.

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept only as long as our email records remain useful, and are deleted on request. Project correspondence, drawings, and contract records are retained for the life of the project and afterwards for as long as professional practice and Indian tax and limitation laws require.

You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete what we no longer need to keep, or stop contacting you. Write to us at the email address below and we will respond within a reasonable time. If your request is one we cannot act on — for example, records we must retain by law — we will explain why.

This website is served over HTTPS, and we use reputable providers for hosting and email. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending confidential documents by email until we have agreed a way to share them safely.

We may update this policy as our practice or this website changes. The date at the top of the page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be published here.
